How to Attend or Register for a Zoom Meeting/Webinar that Requires WVU Authentication
To attend or register for a Zoom meeting or webinar that requires WVU authentification, sign into your WVU sponsored Zoom account first using the steps below.
WVU Instructors, Staff, Students
- Sign in to your WVU Zoom account at wvu.zoom.us
- You will be required to Authenticate using your WVU issued work credentials
- Your email will end in wvu.edu
To Register
- If you do not know the correct email to use on the registration form, follow the instructions in step 1
- Then go to your WVU Zoom Profile page and scroll down to Sign-In
- Click the closed eye icon next to your Sign-In Email to view it
- Use that email to register for the Zoom Meeting or Webinar that requires WVU authentification
HSC Instructors, Staff
- Sign in to your WVU Zoom account at zoom.us/signin
- Your email will end in wvu.edu
To Register

- Then go to your WVU Zoom Profile page and scroll down to Sign-In
