How to Attend or Register for a Zoom Meeting/Webinar that Requires WVU Authentication


To attend or register for a Zoom meeting or webinar that requires WVU authentification, sign into your WVU sponsored Zoom account first using the steps below.

WVU Instructors, Staff, Students

  1. Sign in to your WVU Zoom account at wvu.zoom.us
  • You will be required to Authenticate using your WVU issued work credentials
  • Your email will end in wvu.edu

To Register

  1. If you do not know the correct email to use on the registration form, follow the instructions in step 1
  2. Then go to your WVU Zoom Profile page and scroll down to Sign-In
  3. Click the closed eye icon next to your Sign-In Email to view it
  4. Use that email to register for the Zoom Meeting or Webinar that requires WVU authentification

HSC Instructors, Staff

  1. Sign in to your WVU Zoom account at zoom.us/signin
  • Your email will end in wvu.edu

To Register

  • If you do not know the correct email to use on the registration form, follow step 1 first
  • Then go to your WVU Zoom Profile page and scroll down to Sign-In
  • Click the closed eye icon next to your Sign-In Email to view it
  • Use that email to register for the Zoom Meeting or Webinar that requires WVU authentification
