CircleIn

CircleIn is a free-to-student studying app where students can study remotely, collaborate with peers in order to communicate and exchange ideas, and stay productive. CircleIn transforms the class into a digital community and creates a space for students to brainstorm together, just like they would in a coffee shop or a library.

Mediasite

The Mediasite video platform is used to create, capture, and share your course videos. The My Mediasite desktop recorder makes it a snap to create great looking videos, screencasts and slideshows, and share them to your eCampus course shell. Mediasite Catch allows you to record in-person classes and presentations. You can also upload and host a video you made through other means. Mediasite is managed by WVU Libraries in order to provide a unified campus video library.

Zoom

Zoom is a real-time option for video conferencing, online meetings, and collaboration. It is available to WVU instructors, staff, and students. You can connect live, via audio and video, and share presentation content. You can create breakout groups for collaboration. The meeting can be recorded for students who miss it. Additionally, students with poor internet connectivity can split the video and audio between computer and phone, or can dial-in for an audio only connection.
