Instructor Station (Windows PC)

When the room is set up in its typical "Collaborative Standard" layout, there is a computer at the Instructor Station in the front of the room.

A. Locate the instructor station in the front of the room.

B. The instructor computer is located just behind the instructor station.

C. Make sure the PC power is on.

D. Use the Instructor PC with the monitor, keyboard, and mouse on the instructor station.

E. If you want to use your laptop, unplug the HDMI cable from the back of the Instructor PC and plug it into your laptop (may require adapter depending on your laptop).

F. To display the Instructor Station onto the monitors, locate the control touchpanel . If the screen is blank, press on it to wake it up.

G. Press "Instructor Station" button, then press the displays you want to show it on. If you want it to show on all Sandbox monitors, press the "All Sandbox" button.

Troubleshooting: If the Instructor Computer does not show on the monitors, make sure the monitors are on, the PC is on, and the HDMI cable with adapter is plugged in.
